Terms

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and House of Mugam (“we”) for using mugam.app. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@mugam.app.

Your account

  • You need to be 18 or over, and to use an email address you can read.
  • Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your address

Your handle gives you an address like yourname.mugam.app. Some names are reserved. We may take back a handle that impersonates someone or infringes a trademark, and we'll tell you first where we can.

Your work

  • You keep all rights to the photos, films and words you upload.
  • You allow us to store, resize and show your work, only to run your site and House of Mugam. That permission ends when you delete the work or your account.
  • Upload only work you have the rights to, with permission from the people in it where the law needs it.
  • Don't upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or harmful, or anything that pretends to be someone else's work.

We may remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.

Enquiries

When someone contacts you through your site, any arrangement you make is between you and them. We pass the message on, and we aren't a party to any agreement or payment between you.

Plans and changes

House of Mugam is free to start. We may add paid plans, such as Pro, and we'll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money. We may change or stop features, and we'll give notice of changes that affect you significantly.

Availability

We work to keep House of Mugam running and your work safe, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your original files.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using House of Mugam, such as lost business or bookings. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says can't be taken away.

Ending

You can stop using House of Mugam and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
